1866 – Ralph’s mother dies – Cornelia Clark Barker dies April 22, 1866.
1870 – Federal Census Westchester, New York George(55), Ralph(12), Sarah(10) – also listed was Charles(48), Charles R.(22), George(19) Mary(18) and Mary(52). Value of George’s land $40,000.
1871 – Ralph was sent to Bridgeport to attend G.B. Day a well known school.
1879 – Ralph graduated from Yale.
1879 to 1880 – Ralph worked in an iron brokers office in New York.
1880 – Federal Census New York, NY list Ralph(24) living with Sarah(20). No Mention of his father George.
1881 – Ralph married Eugenia Frear Robinson on March 16, 1881.
1881 – Ralph left the iron brokers office to become principal of a grammar school at West Bridgewater Mass. A year later he became head of the High School of the same town.
1882 – First child born – Cornelia Clark Barker.
1882 – The Madison Cotton Gin Company, which owns the Phoenix Mills at Madison, Florida offered Ralph the position of secretary and treasure and he moved to Florida.
1885 – Second child was born – Grace Lillian born Madison, FL March 26, 1885, died June 1, 1886.
1888 – Twins Eugenia Kirtland and Charles Edward born in Madison October 27, 1888.
1894 – Ralph Frederick was born in Madison, Fl on November 23, 1894.
1895 – Ralph from Florida back to Bridgeport CT.
1899 – George Myron Barker was born in Bridgeport CT April 3, 1899.

1924 – Ralphs’s wife Eugenia Frear Robinson Barker dies March 18, 1924.
1928 – Ralph(now 70) was listed on the passenger list of the S.S. Aquatania departing Southhampton, England September 1,1928 and arriving in New York September 7, 1928.
1928 – Ralph dies December 10, 1928.
